By commissioning us, you are agreeing to all of the terms below:
GENERAL TERMS
We reserve the right to refuse any commission request without explanation.We reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason.We retain the right to use your finished product in any of my portfolios.The commissioner must credit us for any artwork uploaded.The commissioner may not:> Redistribute, edit, or alter the completed work without our explicit, written permission.
> Use the finished work for monetary gain (i.e., commercial purposes) unless discussed and agreed upon previously.
> Take credit for the finished work.
> Upload finished work to any kind of contest or event.
Any commissions are meant for personal use only, you cannot use them for commercial uses.Please provide details of what you want. Repeated, large changes on multiple things may cost you extra.Any ill behavior will result in your commission being canceled.Prices may rise depending on the requested picture, please keep this in mind when ordering.We reserve the right to take our time on the commissioned work. By commissioning us, you are acknowledging that your commission could take (up to) 5 months to complete.+By commissioning us, you are acknowledging that you will not receive a physical copy of your art, only digital. You are free to print for your personal use only.Absolutely no refunds.The buyer cannot make the artwork made into any NFT or cryptocurrency, blockchain, or any other sort of monetary gain.> + Times vary depending on the length commissioned and the outstanding queue.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is to be done after the initial sketch WIP. If you should cancel after that, you will only receive a partial refund, unless the commission is nearly completed.All payment will be done through Ko-fi or PayPal.All payments are done in USD (U.S. Dollars).To cancel your order, please inform us of such immediately.No refunds.Prices shown in the examples tab are STARTING PRICES ONLY. Prices may rise depending on the difficulty of the commission(s).
PROCESS
You will be notified when we have begun working on your piece.
There will be multiple WIPs and active discussion so that we may tailor the art to your desires, however, once we are into the coloring phase, we cannot go back and make many changes without an additional fee to tweak the rest.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
We, the artists, hold every right to the produced piece, not the commissioner, therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted work how I see fit.
THE COMMISSIONER CAN:
Use the copyrighted artwork for OC (Original Character) design example/lore.Trade or sell the copyrighted artwork for no more than they paid, but we must be notified of the change of ownership.Print the artwork out for their personal, non-profit usage.
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
Reproducing the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off of it in any way, shape, or form, including but not limited to: selling prints, NFT and block-chain, cryptocurrency, etc).Taking credit for the artwork.Altering the artwork without my written permission.
